IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR PATIENTS
Should you have received a letter from the surgery today that states our records show that you have failed to attend at least two appointments in the last 6 months, please ignore this letter.
This has been processed by an external body on our behalf in error.
I am investigating as to how exactly this has happened to ensure that this does not happen again.
Please accept my sincere apologies for any concern and stress that this has generated.
