Dr Elwyn Davies

Dr Elwyn Davies was once a zoologist, then a commissioning editor of books of very limited readership (anyone remember ‘Beyond Neo-Darwinism’?) and finally became a doctor in 1988, moving to Cheddar in 1994. He was the practice’s first GP Trainer, retiring from this role in 2017, and has a special interest in diabetes.

In his spare time he listens to music, cycles, stubbornly fails to learn French and often tackles books of very limited readership. His favourite things are smiling family, happy patients, Wales playing well at rugby and memories of Pink Floyd at Bingley Hall in 1977.
